The price includes all course materials, the original reference guide (English), the assessment (and a free retry, according to instructions), lifetime certification and, for Scrum.org classes, PMI PDUs (7 for each day of class).

No. As a participant you do not need to purchase any licence.
However, you will be required to install Zoom on your device and to be able to access Mural or Miro (as mentioned in class instructions, sent before class).
If you are joining from a company device, please make sure that there are no firewalls in place that can prevent you from doing that.

A computer (a smartphone or tablet alone will not give you the best experience) equipped with a webcam, headphones, and a microphone.

A silent place where you can concentrate.

A stable internet connection.

The assessments offered by Scrum.org are optional. They are taken online, in your own time, after your course is complete. You will receive full instructions and your personal assessment code form Scrum.org
For all our classes, participants can receive up to two assessment codes from Scrum.org
You will receive your certification from Scrum.org after passing the assessment with the required score.

The course starts at 9:00 and finishes at 17:00 each day, in the course timezone, unless stated otherwise.
Small brakes are provided, as needed or requested, every hour or so and a lunch break is included (at least 45 minutes, usually one full hour).

Our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure premium experience. For our public courses that exceed 16 students we will have a second trainer or facilitator.

An email with any required Pre-Work or preparation for classes is usually sent one week prior to the class.

Yes. Since we have limited seats in our classes, the payment should be made and received at least one week before class. Please email support@wowefy.com and we will guide you.
