The Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) course is a 2-day Advanced Scrum Master course designed to support experienced Scrum Masters who are looking to grow their knowledge and abilities as a Scrum Master in their professional journeys. This course is a combination of instruction and facilitated exercises looking at the challenges that Scrum Masters face and how the principles and values of Scrum help them to deal with those situations.
Students leave this course with an appreciation for Professional Scrum, the agile mindset and how to deal with common myths and impediments to agility. They gain the knowledge and understanding about how to choose and apply the appropriate practices and techniques that will be most beneficial for their Scrum Teams.
Students are challenged to think within the Scrum Framework and the underlying values and principles to better understand what to do when returning to the workplace and facing complex decisions.

Over the 2 days, students will learn about areas critical to growing as a successful Scrum Master such as how the principles and values of Scrum help guide Scrum Masters in the decisions they make and how the Scrum Master can help change the environment of Scrum Teams, creating an environment for agility to thrive. All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master II course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) assessment. PSM II class participants who attempt the PSM II assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. You are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSM III assessment. These industry-recognized PSM certifications require a minimum passing score.

The price includes all course materials, the original reference guide (English), the assessment (and a free retry, according to instructions), lifetime certification from Scrum.org and PMI PDUs (7 for each day of class).
No. As a participant you do not need to purchase any licence.
However, you will be required to install Zoom on your device and to be able to access Mural or Miro (as mentioned in class instructions, sent before class).
If you are joining from a company device, please make sure that there are no firewalls in place that can prevent you from doing that.

The assessments offered by Scrum.org are optional. They are taken online, in your own time, after your course is complete. You will receive full instructions and your personal assessment code form Scrum.org
For all our classes, participants can receive up to two assessment codes from Scrum.org
You will receive your certification from Scrum.org after passing the assessment with the required score.
The course starts at 9:00 and finishes at 17:00 each day, in the course timezone.
Small brakes are provided, as needed or requested, every hour or so and a lunch break is included (at least 45 minutes, usually one full hour).
Our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure premium experience. For our public courses that exceed 16 students we will have a second trainer or facilitator.
